Who doesn't love magic, fantasy characters, a good mystery series based on the Sherlock Holmes style of detecting by a very bold female lead! There are hints of steampunk elements as well. That is strictly my opinion, of course, Victorian London, what more could you ask for?
This is an extremely engaging series that this author has created. I enjoyed it from beginning to end. She has also included a chapter or two from the second book in the series which I understand is ready for publication very soon. If you haven't had a chance to purchase it yet please do soon!
